Your product quality comes from an even and consistent mix of your polymer, adhesive, and resin.  Whether you are mixing various inputs to achieve a consistency or color or mixing in solids such you need an even mix.  Your product quality is everything.  Products should be produced with a consistent mixture and need to retain that consistency.  How do you ensure that your customer will get the same quality as when you produced it?  Don't leave quality to chance.  Control your product quality by using the right mixer at your business and in the field.  Even Mix™ can easily be installed to travel in a drum or IBC Tote.  The mixer can travel in the container and simply have an Even Mix™ air or electric drive connected at your customer to achieve the same product mix quality as when it was produced.

Types of Mixers

Most mixers look like boat props and produce a lot of vertical flow.  These mixers are usually ran at high speeds and produce a deep vortex.  They sheer the polymer, adhesive, or resin and introduce air into the liquid.  Others are impellers and produce only axial flow (outward horizontal flow).  These mixers don't create much circulation and don't mix much vertically.  Finally, there are pitched blades that have a constant pitch across the blade.  They produce a significant vertical flow and a deep vortex.  They don't accomplish much horizontal mixing and introduce a lot of air into the polymer, adhesive, or resin.  We don't sheer and don't introduce air into your product.

Even Mix™ and our patented mixing blades are uniquely designed not chop and blend the inputs we give them movement.  Our blade design creates a 3D circulation around the entire tank or vessel.  Our mixing blades create circulation down and then out creating a cycling motion from bottom to top and inside to out.  We used a NASA Engineer to design the optimum flow pattern for liquids to give you the best results.  Notice that Even Mix™ blades have a variable pitch.  They begin at 90 degrees and bend gradually to 30 degrees at the end of the mixing blade.  This variable pitch is the patented feature and creates circulation without high speed, a vortex, or sheer which are all undesirable outcomes when mixing.

Our mixers are made with non reactive and food grade Stainless Steel 316 on all of the wetted parts.  The mixer is sealed to insure that gear box grease doesn't make it into your product.  The components of the mixer are easy to disassemble, clean, and put back together.  Cross Contamination is a primary concern of your industry and we have an innovative product that you'll be interested in.  Our air or electric drive are able to be used with multiple mixers.  They are easy to connect and disconnect to mixers allowing the mixer to be dedicated to a specific product and avoiding cross contamination.
