The Even Mix™ System includes a broad range of usages including powders, liquids, slurries, or viscous materials. We manufacture a number of drum mixers for various uses. This includes all sizes up to 55-gallon drums.


Power Mixer

The Even Mix™ drum mixer with our  Air Motor, has the power to mix even the thickest liquids as well as a wide range of products up to 50,000 cps, as thick as peanut butter. Strategically placed mixing blades create both vertical and horizontal flow patterns resulting in superior mixing performance, as demonstrated in a range of rigorous, industry tests.

Drum Size

Even Mix™ offers drum mixers that are designed to work in 1 gallon to 55 gallon drums. These barrel mixers can be used to agitate low to high viscous material. The Even Mix™ drum mixer is ideal for laboratory or industry use, plastic pails, drums or barrels, 55 gallon drums, totes, IBCs and custom built mixing vessels.

The Even Mix™ Pinless In-Drum Mixer provides superior mixing performance in any type of drum without using a pin. It's breaking new ground for the drum industry!

Improved Mixing Performance

Even Mix™ drum mixer is designed to provide an even mix of even the heaviest materials throughout a drum. In repeated tests, it distributed sand to the same grain count in all quadrants of a 55 gallon drum. It is powder coated to provide complete coverage of the mixing blade and enhanced rust protection.

Installation Cycle Time

Even Mix™ pinned blades are designed with a funnel shape bottom to be mounted on a shaped pin allowing quick installation in the drum manufacturing process, which reduces your costs.
