Designed and built tough in the USA. We designed our mixing systems and make them in Cleveland. With the help of a NASA engineer, we have been able to perfect our systems to make them the best they can be. We pride ourselves in the durability and power of our mixers.

Low Weight

Our high-quality engineering has our air powered mixer at 9 pounds and our electric powered mixer at 12 pounds. Most mixers on the market weigh between 25 and 100 pounds. Make it easier on your employees and avoid safety issues!

3D Mixing

We asked paint, chemical, agriculture, food, and industrial companies for issues with mixing. They had a lot! Our Engineers solved the problems and designed the EvenMix®™ Blade. It was good enough to be patented. It mixes in 3D, unlike anything else.

Drum Mixer Design

We designed the EvenMix®™ 55 Gallon Drum Mixer to provide an even mix of material through any drum.  The EvenMix®™ can be deployed in a variety of ways:

  1. Closed Head Drum – Inserted through a 2″ Bung Opening – Air Drum Mixer or Electric Drum Mixer
  2. Open Head Drum – Mounted on a Lid through the Center Bung – Air Lid Mixer or Electric Drum Mixer
  3. Mixer Only – Mounted on a Lid through the Center Bung – Anti-Contamination Mixer
  4. Mixer Only – Mounted at Your Container Manufacturer – Call to Discuss and Ask for It by Name

Drum Power & Size

The EvenMix®™ drum mixer with our Air Motor or Electric Motor, has the power to mix even the thickest liquids as well as a wide range of products up to 50,000 cps, as thick as peanut butter.  Strategically placed mixing blades create both vertical and horizontal flow patterns resulting in superior mixing performance, as demonstrated in a range of rigorous, industry tests.

EvenMix®™ offers drum mixers that are designed to work in 1 gallon to 55 gallon drums. These barrel mixers can be used to agitate low to high viscous material. The EvenMix®™ drum mixer is ideal for laboratory or industry use, plastic pails, drums or barrels, 55 gallon drums, totes, IBCs and custom built mixing vessels.  Our mixing blades can fit inside an opening as small as 2″ or as large as you have (with mounting accessories).
