Phil Rankin is the founder of EvenMix®, and his idea that mixers should be lighter, easier to handle, and more effective is what started it all. His vision and leadership continue to guide our innovation and commitment to American manufacturing here in the Midwest.

Outside of work, Phil spends most summer weekends at the lake with his family. Surfing behind the boat is one of his favorite things to do. If he could travel back in time, he’d head to the 1800s to live like a cowboy on the plains. One of Phil’s favorite parts of growing EvenMix® is building something meaningful with his kids.
