The EvenMix® 1 HP Battery-Powered Digital Geared IBC Tote Mixer is the most lightweight, modular, efficient, and effective mixer for IBCs available on the market today.

Weighing in at between 15-18 pounds in total (based on setup) and now powered via standard power tool batteries (DeWalt® / Milwaukee®) the EvenMix® Digital Geared IBC Tote Mixer packages are the most mobile mixing options available.

EvenMix® Digital Drives have 20 preset speeds (ranging from ~27 RPMs to 153 RPMs), 4 various mixing modes, and operate using minimal electricity. With our Battery-Powered “Standard Duty” Digital Geared Drive, you’ll see about 1 hour of mixing time at max speed in a thick material for every 2Ah of battery (Ex. a 6Ah battery in a material like molasses will get about 3 hours of battery life on a full charge).

These state-of-the-art drives combined with our patented variable pitch folding blade design ensure a thorough mix throughout the entire container, clearing out corners in standard IBC Totes and breaking up settled material on the bottom of the IBC.

The patented blade design folds in half to fit inside of the standard 6” opening on most IBC totes and once the mixer begins to rotate counter-clockwise, the blades deploy to a 16” diameter. When done rotating, the blades will fold back down to allow for easy removal from the vessel. The patented blades allow for a “no shear” mix with almost no air entrapment as a vortex is rarely generated in the mixing process. The unique curvatures in the blade get rotation on both a horizontal and vertical axis – allowing for a more complete mix in a fraction of the time needed with traditional mixers.

All EvenMix® packages are completely modular in their operation. Operators can reuse the Drive for various different containers (55-gallon barrels, large poly tanks, etc.) or use one Drive to mix multiple containers of the same type with the EvenMix® Anti-Contamination Fitting/Reducer.

We’ve tested EvenMix® Mixing Packages in materials over 20,000+ centipoise and these intermittent mixing packages make short work out of most materials.
