The short, non-complicated answer to the question is – practically anything. EvenMix® mixers: IBC Tote Mixers, Pail Mixers, and Drum Mixers are designed to mix a number of different materials smoothly and evenly, which saves you both time and money.
IBC Tote Mixers
Our IBC Tote Mixers are designed for heavy duty projects. They fit into a square tote, and the blades move around in order to get everything from every corner of the tote – this means that you won’t have any wasted unmixed product left behind. Even though the IBC Tote Mixers are heavy duty, they are also lightweight (they weigh nine pounds) making them easy to move from tote to tote quickly and easily. Each of our tote mixers can handle up to 50,000 cps, and the blades can turn at 350 horsepower. These are also designed to separate – the motor and the blades are two different units, meaning that you don’t have to worry about cross contamination.
Pail Mixers
We manufacture and sell two different versions of our popular Pail Mixers – regular duty and super duty. These models fit into five and ten gallon pails and can handle up to 800 pounds of force. Their blades are also powder coated to prevent whatever it is that you’re mixing from sticking to them. This makes clean up easy and keeps you from losing a little bit of product each time. On top of this, thanks to our two different models (regular duty can handle light aggregates, liquids and slurries, while super duty can take on heavy aggregates and everything that the regular model can) there isn’t much that you won’t be able to mix with one of our Pail Mixers.
Drum Mixers
Last but far from least are our Drum Mixers. These models work in drums of all sizes, from 1 gallon all of the way up to 55 gallons. We recommend them for everything from powdered materials to viscous ones, including slurries that are as thick as your average jarred peanut butter. Thanks to the strategically placed mixing blades and sturdy air motor, our Drum Mixers can take on sand (imagine having to mix multicolored varieties), and even various liquids. Plus, this model is designed to fit entirely in the drum, preventing a gigantic mess from occurring before it happens.
