Short Description

Product #9520-90040 – EvenMix® Bulkhead Mounting Solution – The EvenMix® Bulkhead Mount allows you to mount your EvenMix® Mixer Package in practically any location. Simply drill a hole (or utilize an existing hole) in the container and install the Bulkhead Mount. This mounting solution is threaded to a 2” NPT fitting so all EvenMix® Standard Duty Drives (Air, Digital, or Battery Powered) will utilize our standard 2” reducer and our Heavy Duty Digital Drive will direct thread to the Bulkhead Mount. This mounting solution is one of the most stable mounts available for your EvenMix® system when installed correctly. It works great with tanks of all sizes, but it primarily used in larger containers (over 800 gallons) where the EvenMix® Large Tank Manway Mounting Bracket and Lid (5000-10115) is not ideal or a more stable solution is needed. The EvenMix® Bulkhead Mount also allows for center installation ensuring that the entire container is mixed equally – as (with most containers) you can pick the mounting location. Safely mount your Air or Digital (Standard Duty and Heavy Duty) EvenMix® Large Tank Mixer  to the top of most common large plastic/polymer tanks. This mount is designed to hold our Air or Digital Drives, while having a center hole large enough to fit our reinforced shaft and locking collar utilized in our Large Tank Mixers. This mounting solution can also work with various other smaller containers with some minor customization to the tank (ex. drilling a small hole for installation of the Bulkhead Mount).

 

 

Once installed, the Bulkhead Mount becomes a permanent adaptation to your container. If you ever need to remove the Drive from the vessel, you will leave the Bulkhead Mount installed. Each container that you plan on utilizing the Bulkhead Mount for will require it’s own Bulkhead Mount.

 

 

Please Note: This Product Does NOT Include an EvenMix® Drive, Shaft or Blade Set. This is mounting solution for our Air Driven and Digital (Electric) Mixer Packages in non-standard sized container or large poly tanks.
