EvenMix® Closed-Head Barrel Mixing Blades and Shaft (15″ Variable Pitch Blades and 29″ Shaft)

EvenMix® Mixers are entirely modular and can used across totes, barrels, and tanks of various sizes using different attachments.

Safely utilize your EvenMix® mixer in most standard 55-gallon closed head drums with a set of 15″ long by 2″ tall Variable Pitch Folding Blades and a 29″ shaft. These mixing blades are some of the biggest on the market for closed-head barrel mixing that fit through a 2″ barrel opening (standard on most 55-gallon drum lids).

This combination of smaller, 2″ folding blades combined with a 29″ shaft gives you the ability to use your EvenMix® mixer in most standard sized 55-gallon barrels/drums. Pair your new blades and shaft with our Drum Bung Clamp mount and go from mixing in totes/tanks to barrels in minutes. This blade set folds down to fit into a 2″ NPT hole that is on the lid of most common 55-gallon drums and open up to an impressive 15″ when deployed in a drum/barrel. This accessory can be used on both closed heads (with and without lids) and open head barrels. These blades are made out of 316 stainless steel and can handle both low and high Centipoise liquids.

This blade and shaft combination can be used with any EvenMix® Mixer. This accessory ONLY includes the 2″ Variable Pitch Blade set, mounted to a 29″ 316 stainless steel shaft. You will still need a mount, like our Drum Bung Clamp, AND the mixer itself.
