Introducing The EvenMix® Heavy Duty (HD) Digital Geared Drive (D-200-V-H-438). This Drive was purpose built for people looking to mix thick materials and for those that have longer mixing cycles, where the mixer will be running non-stop for hours on end. The HD Digital Drive has 2x the torque of our “Standard Duty” (SD) Drives (D-100-V-H-438), has bearings rated for 10x the lifespan, and can work with almost all EvenMix® accessories, shafts, and mounts. This Drive is slightly heavier than its Standard Duty (SD) counterpart weighing in at 17 lbs in total weight. Even with the additional weight, the HD Drive is still one of the most lightweight Drives available on the market. The HD Drive has variable speed control ranging from ~30 RPMs to 100 RPMs, 4 different mixing modes, multi-directional rotation, customizable mixing times and cool-down periods, and the HD Drive contains new and improved circuitry that allows the Drive to run for longer periods of time without overheating. This Digital Drive operates on a standard 120v outlet and is incredibly energy efficient. This Drive is intended for more difficult to mix materials and/or materials where the mixer will be running for long periods of time non-stop. All newly purchased Heavy Duty (HD) Digital Drives come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
