Whether you’re dealing with totes, drums, open containers, or tanks up to 10,000 gallons, we’re here to provide a mixing solution that’s unparalleled in the industry.   The EvenMix® Heavy Duty (HD) Digital Drive was designed for use with chemicals, adhesives, polymers and beyond.  Intended to be used with materials that require long mixing cycle times or when significant torque is needed – The EvenMix® HD Drive in combination with our Patented Variable Pitch Blade Sets mix your contents in a 3D motion – we don’t stir like others.  We’ve tested substances up to 50,000 cps and found that our mixers can handle even some of the thickest viscosities.  Your operators will love the low weight and modularity of the design.  Check out the product specs below for additional product details.     *NOTE: This item is for the Drive ONLY. The EvenMix® HD Drive can be used in combination with almost all EvenMix® shafts, blade sets, and mounts available (If using the 72″ shaft intended for larger mixing tanks – please call us at 440-236-6677 option 1 for additional details). We highly encourage the use of our IBC Tote Bridge (SB-T-40-40-B) if utilizing the HD Drive on IBC Totes for additional support.

Introducing The EvenMix® Heavy Duty (HD) Digital Geared Drive (D-200-V-H-438). This Drive was purpose built for people looking to mix thick materials and for those that have longer mixing cycles, where the mixer will be running non-stop for hours on end. The HD Digital Drive has 2x the torque of our “Standard Duty” (SD) Drives (D-100-V-H-438), has bearings rated for 10x the lifespan, and can work with almost all EvenMix® accessories, shafts, and mounts. This Drive is slightly heavier than its Standard Duty (SD) counterpart weighing in at 17 lbs in total weight. Even with the additional weight, the HD Drive is still one of the most lightweight Drives available on the market. The HD Drive has variable speed control ranging from ~30 RPMs to 100 RPMs, 4 different mixing modes, multi-directional rotation, customizable mixing times and cool-down periods, and the HD Drive contains new and improved circuitry that allows the Drive to run for longer periods of time without overheating. This Digital Drive operates on a standard 120v outlet and is incredibly energy efficient. This Drive is intended for more difficult to mix materials and/or materials where the mixer will be running for long periods of time non-stop.
