IBC Tote Mixer by EvenMix® (No Drive) – 2 Sets of Blades

#M-6-32-0-16-04-2-2 – EvenMix® IBC Tote Mixer (NO DRIVE) – 2 Sets of Blades – This EvenMix® IBC Tote Mixer package features a standard 32” hex-shaped shaft, our IBC Cap/Lid Mount, our “Anti-Contamination” Fitting/Reducer and 2 sets of our patented variable pitch folding mixing blades. The M-6-32-0-16-04-2-2 IBC Tote Mixer Package comes ready to be paired with an EvenMix® Drive. This “No Drive” mixer package features our Anti-Contamination Fitting/Reducer which gives users the ability to mix multiple containers with one Drive. Operators can have multiple mixers (shaft/blades/mount) and a single Drive to share between them. When the operator is ready to move mix a different container, simply unscrew the Drive from the Anti-Contamination Fitting/Reducer in the IBC Cap and the shaft and blades will stay inside the original container while the Drive is removed. This “No Drive” package can handle some of the thickest materials when paired with an EvenMix® Drive inside a standard-sized IBC tote (230-330 gallon).  Designed for intermittent use with chemicals, adhesives, paints, polymers and beyond. Our patented EvenMix® variable pitch folding blades mix your contents in a 3D motion with both horizontal and vertical rotation – we don’t stir like others. These unique blade sets clear out corners and break up settled material on the bottom of IBC totes unlike any other mixer on the market. We’ve tested substances over 20,000 cps and found that our mixers can handle some of the thickest viscosities. When combined with an EvenMix® Drive, this mixer package is considered a “low/no shear” mixer and will not cause air entrapment. Operators will love the low weight and modularity of the design.
