We worked with our team of engineers, including a NASA engineer, to study the market and find areas that could be improved upon. To our surprise, there were a number of areas where industrial mixers were failing. The mixers on the market were bulky, heavy, and cumbersome and didn’t allow for interchangeable parts. In fact, some were so heavy they needed a forklift to move them. This isn’t ideal for small businesses trying to get things done.
Furthermore, the other mixers couldn’t evenly mix anything. They couldn’t be tank mixers, IBC mixers, barrel mixers, and more. They were designed for one job and one job only. That’s not very economical for a company. We understood that the industry needed something better to offer these manufacturers. That’preciselyly what we set out to do.
Our team went to work to design a blade that would perfectly mix inside a tote, drum, or barrel. We wanted something lightweight enough that people on the floor could easily move it from one container to the next.
